Outsourced calls are a problem. I have be put in situations where my calls as a customer have been outsourced and so have many of my friends and family. As a group, we are starting to let the companys know when we are not being treated with good customer service. It has gotten out of hand. Iwas treated so horrifically the other day by a Western Union CSR in India.
