I reserved a car on line for 8:00 a.m. to be picked up at home. I explained to them I had a job interview an hour away at 9:30 a.m. I had all of my info ready and the driver picked me up at 8:40 a.m. He told me I had to have my insurance card and I told him my car broke down and all of the info was in my car. He then told me I needed a copy of a utility bill, I told him he ws late and I did not have time to search for it. He then told me I could not get the car .
