We purchased as $699 US crappy ipad equipment, it blocks, halts, overheats, and flashes whenever it wants, we have tried to use it for days but it is only unreliable, it does not connect properly, is blinks on and on, until we just had enough. So we went to Aventura mall where it was purchased for some form of support or even a simple refund on this crappy item.
