I was employed at Deer Run Rehabilitation for A short time and they stated "I wasn't a good fit". I got along with all the residents and their families, and with all the employees. I did my job to the best of my ability and I think it was above average worker. I think they let me go just before the 90 days so they didn't have to give me medical and dental insurance. Pretty lame. I would watch out if you ever want to be employed by them. If you give the owner a bad look, she will fire you on the spot. Trust me its happened before. DON'T WORK FOR DEER RUN.
