I preordered two copies of Starcraft 2 in April. My order status page was updated to reflect the shipping of the items with an included USPS tracking number. Throughout the next week, I made numerous calls to Gamestop to verify the item was shipped since my personal tracking of the item always yielded "There is no record of this item."
