I have been trying to get approved for a hamp fha program for a year now every reason in the world why fax wasnt sent paperwork was not signed ! I have done everything i was asked and still there is a payment of $1700 that includes taxes and escro.. I have lived in this house for 14 years and do not plan on leaving 31% of my income is a $1100 dollar payment that i can afford and i will never be late !! I tried myself and now hired an attorney i have been told that an in house modification is what is being offered from $1738.66 to $1701.00 ???... read full review »
