This scam is unbelievable! They lie to your face! I called in and the rep on the phone said that they only do appointments in person. at first i thought this was great. And after they told me that they could reduce my 30k in tax liability to a mere thousand dollars i wrote them the check for 5 grand right there. THEY DID NOTHING. After 6 months of no results they wanted more money from me to re-open my case and try again for the offer in compromise.
