Please do yourself a favor and use a service that is not U Verse. Once they get you signed up they cannot figure you which way is up. They have spent over 6 hours of my time trying to trouble shoot all kinds of problems including double billing and they would rather argue with you than fix the problem. Just do yourself a favor and steer clear. They have way to much computer stuff and they can not work it and they never know who can answer your problem.
