On 8/11/2010, I opened up a 'hotmail' account. I do not have access to it. I have tried calling every customer service number to no avail. When you get a microsoft or hotmail 'customer service' rep. on the phone, they are disgustingly rude and obnoxious and they barely speak understandable English. I feel that they deliberately bait customers. As of today I still have no access to this account.
