We ordered a couch from Rooms made easy. Paid in full and never received! They kept giving us excuses that the truck never came in, how many times can that possibly happen? The manager or owner Lorri has some guy screen her phone calls so shes always unavailable when there is a problem. They even have caller ID that reads the persons name aloud just as an extra measure to screen your call! I demanded a full refund and the guy laughed at me! They know they are running a bad business!
