I bought a computer over 3 years ago and had NOTHING but trouble from the getgo... After my mom threatened to consult a lawyer, they FINALLY gave me a new INSPERON with Windows 7.. I have had this son of a bitch for 3 weeks and now the damn thing will not start up at all. I have contacted their tech people and my mom paid them over 260 + dollars for other techs to try and "fix" my problems.. Well I think their FIXES may have killed my laptop...
