I had the worst experience with these builders. There are the new babies in the real estate field which initially promises of standards of Big builders but at the end they are bad than the small builders. There first project Fortuna icon delayed by 2 years and still the work is not 100 % complete. One on the blocks Lift is never in working condition!!! Fortuna classic there next project is also delayed by 2 years, just because the clients threaten them they are hurrying up on the project with giving bad quality titles and bad finishing... read full review »
