I contacted Hp the end of April 2010 due to motherboard issues with my 2yr old laptop. They agreed to repair the laptop for $250 inclusive (they ended up charging my credit card $277) they sent me the packaging and shipping instructions so I could mail it back to them for repairs and when fixed they would FedEx my laptop back to me. I shipped it off and a week later they sent it back to me.
