I had complaint to coolin problem in my refrigerator. person responded on the same day changed part of the refrigerator and taken charge of the part. however the same problem still exist. no change have been observed. next complaint not handled. third complaint a person visited but just to say that my freeze do not have any problem. I dont uderstand if a engineer of the service people say like this. we earlier get a ice in the bottled filled with water. but now we dont get so. this thing is not understood by the service engineer. read full review »
