I, like many others of you, ordered the $4.99 trial offer of the Luminous Brites bleaching system. I cancelled before the 20days on the website (1-03-09). I received another syringe of the bleach the 30 of January. I called the customer service office and cancelled again on the 30th of January. They claimed they did not get my cancellation on the website. Now, I have been billed for $88.97 for something I have cancelled twice.
