The HOA (Home Owners Association) for the willow bend neighborhood has threatened residents with towing vehicles parked in front of their own home. The HOA has taken resident parking and made it visitor parking and gave home owners $100 dollar tickets for parking in the parking spots. The country club charges a substantial home owner fees and treats the homeowners like they are criminals in their own home and neighborhood.
