I had placed a order for Transcend Digital MP3 8GB player on 1 June 2010, after placing the order I happened to know about the product through my friend so I called on 2 June 2010 and requested to cancel the order. But they were reluctant to do that, they have charged my SBI Card and were not willing to reverse the amount. They had told that they will deliver the product in 21days time, as i had requested for cancellation the very next day they havent even despatched the product, but they were still unwilling to cancel the order, As I am no longer interested in the product they forcing the stuff on time and not reversing the amount. read full review »
