Like everyone else I authorized $1 for the Google Success Kit and received nothing in return. I quickly canceled after finding all the complaints online at 18663518557. If you tell them that you never received anything and are completely unsatisfied with the so-called service... they claim they will refund your money (29.95, 11.95, 9.95) in 5-10 business days.
