We ordered a couch and chair from the store in Newport News and scheduled a delivery date of June 8, 2010. When the counch was delievered we discovered the legs were broken. After talking to the delivery driver and calling the store we were told there were no more couches in the warehouse and it would take severalweeks for a replacement couch. We were then told it would take a few weeks for the replacement legs to come in. After following up with the store days later we were told it would take 6-8 weeks for the replacement legs.
