I placed an order with Designs by Stephene.com and when the company shipped my order they used the wrong zip code and blamed me/the customer. When I set up the account on their website, the software confused/mixed the details of my shipping and billing addresses. I immediately called the company and asked if they could make sure to send to my shipping address because my details were not saving accurately.
