After opening a second user account from Chase Paymentech, someone had illegally used our account to run thousands of transactions. Chase Paymentech refuses to reimburse our fees. They say that from experience the user has ALWAYS given out their username and password and that they have never been hacked into nor do they have any dishonest employees. They will not give me a copy of the investigation report unless I talk to their legal department first. read full review »
