I was involved in a car accident with a Commercial Vehicle belonging to B & P Jr Fence on the George Bush Tollway in Plano, TX. Their driver was cited for causing the accident. At the time of the accident, the driver had no proof of insurance and once the DPS officer arrived, still could not produce proof. In contacting the Owner of the company, Martin Armendariz, the DPS officer was told that they had insurance, but he had just neglected to have it in his truck.
