This office makes appointments (over books) and then cancels appointments with out calling the person who had the appointment! For example, the last three times I made an evening appointment, when I got to the office the lights were out and everyone had gone home. It was no big del for me o drive 40minutes late a night to get there an the 40 minutes toget back. It's not like I have a family or anything? Babysitters don't cost that much... ug!
