I ordered the free sample and forgot to send the stuff back when it didn't work. I was then billed for it. I immediately called and left a message to cancel the account. You have to call the sales department to speak to someone. I was then billed again. I called them back and spoke with the same person (Bill). I asked to speak to a manager and he told me that he was the manager. He told me then that his boss would contact me within 48 hours about my refund. I received another delivery and sent it back.
