Purchases a Panasonic 32 inch LCD in June 2009, last week the tv started to pour white smoke from top of TV. I call PC Richards they pick it up on a Tuesday, later that day receive email stating that parts need to be ordered 3-7 days. Today is day 8, I call PC Richards Service Department now they say the part MAYBE in sometime next week. WTF. I call CS they will try to track down the date of when the part will be in. Mind you that there were multiple parts ordered a Panel and Power Supply. My wife is wary about taking the tv back because of the smoke issue. read full review »
