On August 11th 2008, we entered into a contract with Don Wilmore Jr. DBA Remodeling Express for remodeling job. The scope of work was to enclose a second story patio and make it into a bedroom. The total cost of the job was agreed upon to be $19, 000. Don Wilmore Jr. requested $7, 000 at contract signing. On August 11th, 2008 the contract was signed and the check was given to (and cashed by) Don Wilmore Jr..
