Ok my service with the city of fresno was disconnected on july 12, 2010. So i get a bill this month saying they are still charging me even tho i have no service what so ever!!! I called them and spoke to a lady who told me they can charge you becauase you have access to the water. So i informed her it was shut off and she said yes you have access to it but cant use it. So i dont even see how this is leagal charging you once your service is disconnected! No utility place iv ever had service with did that. Then the city says there so broke yeah right thats a joke!!! read full review »
