After 6 years with this company they dropped my service without any notice whatsoever. The last year the AC went and had to be replaced. Their contractor put the wrong unit in which resulted in an excessive electric bill. They finally fixed it and the tenant was reimbursed for the electric bills. Then I find out from my property manager that Old Republic said that I did not renew. When I called they told me that they wouldn't renew me. read full review »
