I paid in advance for a chalet which i assumed is as nice as many other chalets that i have been to. However, on arrival, the place was dirty, very old and extremely unappealing.The bathroom was in a terrible condition.I phoned the agent (Gerda van Schalkwyk) to inform her that i was not at all happy with the place and seeing as tho i have already paid in full, i would like a better chalet.
