I recently visited the east side smart style in casper wy. wich i have gone to for the last 6 years !! there was a new manager for the first time since ive been going in there!! she gave me a terrible haircut and color but of that wasnt bad enough she talked bad about other stylists and the old manager who has done my hair on several occasions and was very professional .. i really felt like this new mgr. was back in high school and the way she bragged about setting 3 people up to get fired was really in poor taste !!! i can see why the salon i once knew as a busy happy place to be is now not worth my time!!! never going back!! read full review »
