Received dell lap top computer it was scratched and looked beaten. it is ridicoulus that any company would send anything like this. we sent computer back but now they claim they have not received. we have to file a claim, i am not happy and will never order anything else from them we order this for our daughter to start college. I want my money back immediately!!! I have called customer service several times they are no help we mailed computer back with their return label. I just have never dealt with anything like this before and we have to now buy our daughter another laptop because school starts in 3 to 4 weeks! read full review »
