I was on a medial leave for 2 months and got behind on my Auto Loan. Citi Financial Auto Repo my car and wouldn't make any futher arrangements. The people who work there has bad customer service, and has no respect. I was told that I need $1800.00 to get my car bad. I paid $900.00 and the most to the amount include fees. I asked if they could work with me so that I could get my car back. I was told no! I like in Michigan which has the highest unemployment in the country. If Idon't have a car, how will I get back and forth to work. Citi is the worse bank ever. read full review »
