I have called this company repeatedly for about six weeks. I am either told there is no one I can speak with, or now I an told that I need to contact them on the web. After time after time after time of calling and being told to press one for cancellation and then being hung up on, I finally (after six! yes SIX weeks I am told they can cancel my account but they can't refund my $78.41 because it is aftter the cancellation period has expired!!!
