I have sent reqest form for : Econonmic Hardship/Unemployment Deferment or Forbearance Request to ECSI. I informed ECSI that I am unemployed and collecting unemployment. I sent proof of unemployment and I am being informed in a notice of 60 days delinquent letter that I must send the deferment to stop ECSI from sending my student loand account for collection.
