A Sears technichan was supposed to come to my home today between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. to fix my dryer. I took the day off of work and waited all afternoon and then received a call at 4:30 p.m. that the technichan was running very late and wouldn't be able to come until between 5:30 and 6:30. Since we had dinner plans for our 25th wedding anniversary, we had to re-schedule the appointment.
