First: I have spent over $10, 000 at the HomeDepot in Ashburn, VA over the past year. From now on, I will shop at Lowes. This is due to me not being allowed to be reissued a store credit card, as my wallet was stolen. Amount of store credit was $419.29. I went to the store and was told they could do nothing and to call the 800 number. This I did and was told that the store credit was like cash. This is F'ing BS.
