I received a FREE CD that I was only supposed to have to pay $1.98 s/h for. Upon receiving my bank statement my account was in the red for $69.95, after research found that this company had billed me this amount for the FREE CD I had received. Upon calling the company and speaking with representative Catherine--Operator #2134 ? advised me that I would not be refunded the money due to receiving the CD.
