Noticed a charge from "COL*HOUSE VIDEO CLUB(Other)" on my account. Called them, they verified that the name on account with my credit card number is not my name. They would not cancel the charge or cancel the account as I do not know the account number. Is Columbia house promoting fraud here ? read full review »
