CMHA hires scrupulous contractors to get their work done. Some of these contractors low-ball their bids and receive Purchase Orders (PO) from CMHA-Procurement Department, and then disappear. They provide no schedule for their work and no committment as to when they will finish the job. The frustrating thing is no one at CMHA cares or does anything about these contractors, and the contractors then have no reason to worry about being AWOL!! read full review »
