This collection agency has apparently bought this bad debt from Sears, who also is a merciless company. My Mother-In-Law fell and broke her hip one year ago this month and had to be permenantly placed in a nursing home.She is on Medicaid and is left with $25.00 per month and this company has started to harass her and ask why she stoled this money from Sears. I had called Sears and told them 6 months ago that my Mother-in-Law had to way to repay her Sears credit card debt, but they could care less.
