In October of 2009 I purchased a Frigidaire washing machine and three year service agreement at Sears. The beginning of this summer I started having problems with the door not opening, leaving damp laundry in the washing machine. I had a lenghty phone conversation with a technician and after repeatedly unplugging and plugging in the machine it worked again.
