I was applying for a payday loan and unknowingly, according to Liberty Discount Club, signed up. I did not realize this until I noticed a check for 34.19 withdrawn from my checking account. I called the number on the check and was given a confirmation number for my refund. I then went to the refund website and filled out all the information they requested.
