We just acquired a cell phone for our 16 yr old and found on the first bill a charge for 9.99. We questioned it, and our child responded that it just showed up as being renewed and he didn't understand it. So we found the app on his phone and sent a cancel message. The next month we have another unauthorized charge for 9.99 from the same company. We called the number on our phone bill and the call cannot go through, we called the number on their web site and that call would not go through. So we have no way of contacting this company direct, but they do have the ability to directly bill our child's phone account to make unauthorized charges. read full review »
