I was looking for AVG and was directed somehow to this company software-hq.net. I was told AVG for 1 year and was charged 52.80 and received a membership from their website instead. They will not give my money back and/or cancel membership. And you can only complain and request return on the first 7 days. But I did not knew I would have that problem because they gave FREE trial AVG for 30 days (that now does not work). They won't talk by the phone about and hung up on me saying that there is nothing they can do about. I was stolled!!! read full review »
