I paid my loan with Citifinancial every month. In fact, I pay more than the payment in order to pay down the loan. They have consistently held my check until past the due date (sometimes posting a day after late charges would accrue) and then charged me an additional $10.00 for late fees. When I called to speak to the customer service representative she was extremely rude and refused to help me stating that I was either mailing to the wrong address (false) or using the wrong account number (false) and that it wasn't her job to find out... read full review »
