I had a very bad erperience with att. Due to a injury I am unable to walk well. att had a disprut with me about my bill inwhich they took two payments for one bill. I had to call them about 30 are 40 times. Inwhich about 4 out 5 were very rude.were not profesional.Gave the wrong information. hang up on the customer. Also would say things like let me tell you about your bill. even though you paid your bill they would say. you did not pay your bill. tell you this is not my problem.
