i went to nickson outdoors to have my mower repaired. they kept the mower for a month only part of the mower was repaired . my complaint is about the way i was treated. the owner got very rude and told me it was my fault that he got the repair wrong. the mower was supposed to be checked out for several different problems. they kept the mower for the month and only one thing was repaired but other things ( like shaking to much) were never checked out. like i said it was the way i was treated as a person trying bring them my business.
