I try to call and speak to someone and get recorded message, then gives numbers to push, 5 for cancel "this is an invalid request". Went back to the phone called the 888-44592727 number again and pushed the number for questions regarding account "this is an invalid request". I HAVE to get this off my account. They are charging 19.95 to my credit card that I am paying off. read full review »
