Like many others I purchased my glasses from Zenni. The PD is off, there is terrible glare, the coating is coming off the bridge and arm of the frames. It did take longer than promised to receive them. The customer service is horrible. When you call, you get an attitude as if you are creating an imposition the CUSTOMER SERVICE rep. When I questioned if there was a constant problem with these particular frames I was told no, of course. The only thing the rep wanted to repeat was, there is only a 30 day warranty.
