This company is the worse I've ever seen. I signed up for a contract with these people and it has been nothing but trouble. I put in a claim for A/C repair in May. The contractor came out, wrote up a diagnosis and took the deductible. Never heard anything again. Put in a second claim, contractor John Wiggington from Accutemp Heating and Air came out, made diagnosis and was going to expedite claim.
